flock of
30 white-faced Suffolk sheep enjoy the same privileges as our cattle.
In fact they have more freedom as we tend to turn a blind eye as the
lambs expand their boundaries and try the grass on the other side of the

A whole lamb provides a guaranteed minimum of 20 kilos of meat. A guide to Lamb Cuts may be found here. Lamb is sold whole for $250.00 which yeilds.
