to order in our Highland Heritage Kitchen, our Dundee Cakes are the best
you will find.
We only use eggs from our own free-range hens and each cake contains a rich selection of whisky-soaked sultanas, raisins, currants and orange peel, generously decorated with blanched almonds and presented in an elegant, re-usable tartan trimmed tin. Available as a large (1.2 kilo) cake supplied in a 190mm tin, or small (400g) supplied in a 95mm tin.
